Shipping Policy

At Gracie Van Go, we aim to pack and ship all orders with care so your items arrive safely and on time.

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During busy periods (school holidays, Christmas, launch periods), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or public holidays.

International Shipping

International shipping is not offered as a standard option, but we may be able to accommodate special orders. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Shipping Costs

We use a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders, which will be displayed at checkout.

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

While delays caused by postal carriers are outside our control, we will assist you in locating your parcel.
If an item is declared lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Customer Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Gracie Van Go, we want every family to receive their order in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’re here to help.

When We Accept Returns

We offer returns and refunds for:

  • Products that arrive damaged

  • Items with printing or manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items sent in error

Because our products are printed and packaged with care, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we do not offer exchanges.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is approved, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover all return postage costs.

Packaging & Quality Guarantee
All books and products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. If something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.

Wholesale & Retail Refund Policy

This policy applies to retailers purchasing Gracie Van Go products for resale.

1. Defective or Damaged Stock

If wholesale stock arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and quantities affected.

Approved claims will be handled via:

  • Replacement stock, or

  • Credit applied to your next order

Return shipping for defective wholesale items is covered by us.

2. Incorrect Stock Received

If the incorrect items were supplied, we will arrange return shipping and send the correct stock promptly.

3. Change of Mind / Unsold Stock

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold inventory

  • Overstocking issues

All wholesale orders are final once shipped.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.

5. Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale and retail orders may be subject to minimum quantities depending on the agreement at time of purchase.
